In 1997 Jim’s dream of a retail store became a reality when he moved to the current location.  Jim’s retail structure consists of a deli, full service lunch counter, a variety of over 200 types of cheese and over 250 cute shape cut outs.  These shapes can be anything from a cow to a cheese wedge.   The pantry also has a wide assortment of jellies, jams, mustards, crackers, and sausage. Jim uses his retail space for a show room as customers from all over the United States come to view his products.  Jim is also open to the public. If you are lucky Jim might make a appearance and tell you a story about life in the real world “According to Jim.”
